Terms of service.

  1. Scope of Work: Sunrise Home Pros provides general contracting services including but not limited to roofing (asphalt shingles, metal roofs), roof and gutter cleaning, interior and exterior painting, concrete work (exposed aggregate, broom or smooth finish), and flooring installation (LVP, LVT, tile, carpet). Specific details of the scope of work will be outlined in the project estimate and contract.

  2. Estimates: All projects will be preceded by a detailed estimate provided by Sunrise Home Pros. Estimates will include a breakdown of costs, materials, labor, and projected timelines. Estimates are subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances or changes to project scope.

  3. Payment Terms: Payment terms will be clearly outlined in the project contract. A deposit may be required before work commences, with subsequent payments due at agreed-upon milestones or upon completion of specific phases of the project. Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the project.

  4. Changes to Scope: Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional costs resulting from changes to the scope will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.

  5. Warranties: Sunrise Home Pros warrants its workmanship and materials used for a specified period, as detailed in the project contract. Warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials, subject to normal wear and tear and proper maintenance by the customer.

  6. Insurance and Licensing: Sunrise Home Pros is fully licensed and insured in King County and Kitsap County. Customers may request proof of insurance and licensing at any time.

  7. Project Completion: Sunrise Home Pros strives to complete projects within agreed-upon timelines. Delays caused by factors outside of Sunrise Home Pros' control (e.g., weather conditions, supply chain issues) may affect project timelines. Customers will be informed promptly of any delays and efforts will be made to mitigate their impact.

  8. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring a safe environment for Sunrise Home Pros' crew. Customers are also responsible for obtaining necessary permits or approvals, unless otherwise specified in the contract.

  9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through negotiation and mediation, with litigation as a last resort.

  10. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches the terms of the contract. Sunrise Home Pros reserves the right to terminate services if unforeseen circumstances prevent completion of the project.
